Founded by Chrissie and Jojo, two frazzled mums and best friends, with a little (arty) idea…..why not make the everyday a little arty?

At A LiTtLe ArTy, we believe that your home should reflect your own personal style. Kids, animals, small spaces or big ones, each corner of your life can still be eye-catching, unique, and fun! A LiTtLe ArTy is a home decor shop, set up by two mums, four kids (the littleist of which is called Arty) and three cats.

Chrissie studied Classics at Kings College London and has a background in fashion and window dressing, having worked with the likes of MatchesFashion, Maxmara, Diane Von Furstenberg and christian Louboutin.  This was an amazing introduction into all things beautiful! Jojo has a background in art and design, having studied  illustration and animation at Kingston University.  She has also project managed and designed a big renovation of her home (and survived it!), which  will be featured soon in a major publication! Chrissie and Jojo have both always had a passion for art and painting and when they met a few years later in their 20’s whilst working for an estate agency (don’t hate them!) a firm friendship was formed.  The property industry ignited in both of them a real interest in the aesthetic of the home and how this is perceived by others.  Jojo honed some incredible photography skills which you can see here and on Instagram.  Estate agency was fun, but hard on the liver! And soon they both had partners and children so once again priorities changed.

A little arty was born from our combined life experiences, a strong desire to use our passion to make a living, and a need to be able to spend as much time as possible with our kiddies!
